Corevestiny offers confidential placement and advisory services to a select number of law firm partners whose practices and reputations match the strategic imperatives of our client law firms.
Founder
Our CEO, Ellen Waldinger, founded The Waldinger Group in 1991 and led it until her founding of Corevestiny in 2019, completing partner acquisitions for the leading U.S. law firms that included numerous global heads of practice and many partners responsible for eight-figure practices at their new firms. Ellen had become active in the newly changing legal industry in the 1980s, through a summer job in NYC, while she was completing a doctorate in English literature at Princeton University.
Model
Our business model focuses us on a select group of partners in whom we invest considerable resources. The company’s revenue derives from fees for completing placements, with said fees paid by law firms. We assume the costs of our long-term advisory services, understanding that these services are essential to our mission. Corevestiny’s infrastructure is heavily weighted toward research and teams that keep us current in the long-term relationships we enjoy with an elite coterie of partners.
